By accessing or using the website kinforgeai.com (the "Site") operated by KinForge AI ("KinForge," "we," "us," or "our"), a spinoff of WelzSeven Advisors and AnthropyAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

KinForge AI is a family-operated AI automation factory. We design, deploy, and operate AI systems for businesses — including voice agents, workflow automation, custom software builds, and related professional services. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in individual engagement agreements with clients.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
• Use any automated system to access the Site in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate KinForge, an employee, a partner, another user, or any other person or entity
• Use the Site to transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent

Our website and services include AI-powered features such as chatbots, voice agents, automated workflows, and content generation tools. By interacting with these features, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs are provided for informational or operational purposes and do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise)
• Interactions may be recorded, transcribed, and stored for quality assurance, model improvement, and service-delivery purposes
• AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs — review and verify any output before relying on it for material decisions
• You should not share sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, financial account details, passwords) through AI chat, voice, or messaging interfaces
• Client engagements involving customer-facing AI deployments include additional terms specific to that deployment in the engagement agreement

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, the KinForge brand and 7-dot signature, and the design and arrangement thereof — are owned by KinForge AI and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on our Site without prior written consent, except for your personal, non-commercial use.

Custom software, automations, and AI systems delivered under client engagements are governed by the IP terms of the relevant engagement agreement. Absent a written agreement to the contrary, deliverables remain the property of KinForge AI until full payment is made, after which agreed-upon ownership transfers as specified in the engagement.

Any information exchanged between KinForge and clients during engagements is treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, financial information, technical architectures, customer data, and proprietary processes. Specific confidentiality terms are defined in individual engagement agreements and any executed NDAs.

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KINFORGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site or any AI-powered service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KINFORGE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to KinForge for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KinForge AI, its affiliates (including WelzSeven Advisors and AnthropyAI), officers, directors, employees, agents, family members, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or our services.

The Site and our services may contain links to or integrate with third-party platforms (including AI model providers, communication platforms, social networks, payment processors, cloud providers, and analytics services). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or operational availability of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that KinForge shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party content, services, or platforms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
