KinForge is a spinoff of WelzSeven Advisors and AnthropyAI — built and operated by a family of seven. Co-founders include a dotcom-era startup founder turned two-time PE-backed CEO with leadership runs at AOL/Time Warner, Comcast, Cox, and Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia); a three-decade operations leader who's run the day-to-day of a seven-person household with a precision that would make a Six Sigma auditor weep (the more competent half of the leadership team — on record); and an enterprise sales leader from Splunk and Cisco now embedded in the AI startup space. Plus four operators-in-training who bring the energy. We don't sell AI consulting hours. We forge automations that pay for themselves.
